Q: How can I join?

Q: When is your mass meeting?
A: Our Mass Meeting is going to be on Monday September 9th from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM in West Hall Room 340!

Q: Do you require any experience to join the club?

A: Nope! No background experience is required to join the club but we welcome any previous experience in 3-D printing.

Q: Do you have to be an engineering student?
A: Nope! We have students from all different majors ranging from movement science to neuroscience!

Q: Do you have to be an undergraduate student to join?
A: Nope! We welcome graduate students and even those who aren’t in university! Just get in contact with us and we’ll see how we can get you involved. 🙂

Q: When do you accept applications and when are results out?
A: We recruit students every semester during the first 3 weeks and results are released near the latter half of that time frame.

Q: How long is training for subteams?
A: The length of training varies depending on which subteam you’re accepted into. Training happens the first few weeks after being accepted and can range from 4 to 10 hours. 

Q: What is the weekly commitment?
A: The weekly commitment varies depending on the subteam and can vary from 1-3 hours per week.

Q: Are students limited to joining only one subteam?
A: Nope! Students are able to join multiple subteams. Most commonly students join one subteam for their first semester and then explore other subteams in following semesters. 

Q: What are you looking for in an applicant?
A: We’re looking for people who are self motivated, creative, and remain committed and communicate well with the club!
